Responsibilities: Collaboration - Achieving Success Through Teamwork:
- Understand and support the mission, philosophy, and goals of the Firm, including its Mission, Vision & Values.
- Complete administrative and Firm projects as requested by the Directors and/or Firm Administrator.
- Adhere to the Firm's policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and other guidelines set by Directors and the Firm Administrator.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with staff, attorneys, and Directors.
- Meet the Firm's billable hour requirements, ensuring accurate and timely time entry.
- Demonstrate business generation capabilities and an understanding of the operational aspects of running a law firm.
- Collaborate with the Firm's Marketing Director to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Maintain professionalism and positive, collaborative relationships with co-workers.
- Exhibit self-starting capabilities and seek diverse projects to enhance legal expertise.
- Demonstrate maturity in handling stressful legal issues for clients.

- Independently manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, negotiations, trials, appeals, and post-trial work.
- Follow a structured business development and continuing legal education plan.
- Juris Doctorate degree.
- Valid license to practice law in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly).
- Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience (1st or 2nd chair experience preferred).
- Valid driver's license in Colorado and satisfactory driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, legal research software, time entry software, and document management systems.
- Ability to work productively and collaboratively with others.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a deadline-driven environment.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds, bend, stoop, walk, stand, kneel, and perform other physical activities as needed.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Ability to handle mental, physical, and emotional stress effectively.
- Maturity and sound judgment required to manage emergency situations.
