You will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience, maintaining the shop, and assisting with inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering product questions, offering recommendations, and demonstrating products.
- Maintain the shop’s cleanliness and organization, ensuring products are properly displayed.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stock and manage inventory, including replenishing products and assisting with inventory counts.
- Stay informed about the latest vaping trends and product updates to help customers make informed choices.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and safety protocols related to vaping products.
- Assist with promotions, sales events, and customer engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge or interest in vaping products and accessories.
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
