What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative (Vape/Smoke Shop) position at Vape & Smoke Shop?
Are you a motivated Customer Service Representative with a passion for helping people, and an eye for detail? If so, our company is looking for individuals who have previous experience in the Vape & Tobacco industry (whether professional or personal), strong communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to solve customer problems.
Communicate with customers to ensure that all needs are being addressed.
Be sure to provide accurate (as possible) information to customers on a daily basis.
Willingness to learn about any the products we sell (if unfamiliar).
Ability to take it upon oneself to maintain cleanliness/organization of store.
Must be 21 years old.
Prior experience (professional or personal) in use of "cannabanoids" and/or vaping products is strongly preferred.
