Mission
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are the driving force behind Vapi’s growth. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, qualifying inbound leads and executing outbound strategies to generate a robust sales pipeline. This role is critical in shaping how businesses adopt Vapi’s platform and bring voice AI into production.

Mission
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are the driving force behind Vapi’s growth. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, qualifying inbound leads and executing outbound strategies to generate a robust sales pipeline. This role is critical in shaping how businesses adopt Vapi’s platform and bring voice AI into production.
Outcomes
- Qualify Inbound Leads: Manage and evaluate all inbound interest to determine fit and next steps.
- Outbound Prospecting: Identify target accounts, build lead lists, and craft tailored messaging sequences.
- Cold Outreach: Engage potential customers through email and phone to spark interest and generate leads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with account executives to qualify opportunities, set up meetings, and drive pipeline growth.
- Build Pipeline: Consistently exceed goals for meetings scheduled and leads qualified to help grow Vapi’s customer base.
- Experience: 6–12 months of SDR experience, preferably at a company selling technical products.
- Technical Aptitude: Bonus points for a background in information systems, computer science, or engineering.
- Communication: You’re a strong communicator who can engage prospects and clearly articulate value.
- Mindset: A competitive, ambitious individual who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
- Organization: You excel at managing your time and pipeline efficiently to hit targets.
