Overview :
As a Vapor Point Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with assigned clients to drive retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach to account management.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback.
- Be proactively involved in client safety, operations, and maintenance activities.
- Anticipate and address client needs proactively to ensure a positive experience.
2. Account Growth and Expansion :
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.Present proposals and negotiate contracts to secure additional business from existing clients.Develop account expansion strategies to maximize revenue potential.3. Strategic Planning :
Develop a deep understanding of the industry landscape and market trends.Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Work with clients to develop strategic plans and set measurable objectives.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and ensure client success.4. Issue Resolution :
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues or concerns.Investigate and address client complaints or escalations in a timely and professional manner.Implement corrective actions and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.5. Account Administration :
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements.Maintain environmental records and develop KPI’s around Vapor Point services.Monitor account health and performance metrics, reporting on key insights and outcomes.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms as needed.Qualifications :
1-3 years proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce)Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Attributes :
