- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or related field; or a combination of education and experience.

What You Get to Do Each Day
- Be an integral part of the Client Services Department – dedicated to skill building, enrichment, and vocational programming for adults with disabilities.
- Motivate, empower, and lead a team of Day Services assistants.
- Ensure that client services are provided in a timely, efficient, and respectful manner.
- Monitor and maintain client records, data, and documentation to ensure our clients receive the best possible care.
- Plan exciting daily activities and outings for clients.
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Implement policies and procedures for client services that help your team and clients have enjoyable and meaningful days.
- Identify and resolve client issues and complaints.
