What You Get to Do Each Day
- You'll team up with the HR Director to handle projects aimed at boosting efficiency and making the employee experience better.
- Be the go-to person for employees with questions about HR, like processes and benefits.
- You'll act as a go-between for staff and HR, gather feedback, and suggest ways to improve things.
- Help come up with fun HR ideas for hiring, keeping employees happy, and making the workplace culture better.
- You get to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
About You
- You are compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- You have the capability and enthusiasm to present project outcomes and initiatives to audiences of varying sizes.
- You are flexible and adaptable to changing situations and needs.
- You have an Associate’s Degree in Business Management, Project Management, Human Resources or a related field or have 2 years of related experience.
- You are willing and able to travel to all division locations periodically.
