We are looking for an experienced Office Coordinator for our Home Health operations. This person is often the "First Impression" of our agency, serving as the liaison between the Agency and Physicians, Discharge Planners, patients/ caregivers, and Clinical Staff. Our Office coordinator plays a major role in our organization, helping to maintain and deepen the relationships we have developed through our marketing efforts.

Job Duties
· Accurately enters patient information into Kinnser.
· Performs verification of eligibility and authorization for services needed.
· Review all referrals and coordinate with the DON and the referral source.
· Coordinate with the Accounting team for compliance with budgets and forecasts.
· Schedule clinical staff for services to patients
· Coordinate care with patients for services and staffing schedules.
· Work with the billing team to ensure all claims are ready and submitted.
· Recruit and manage clinical staff as needed
· Maintain relationships with referral sources and marketing teams to ensure operational metrics are met.
· Preparation of monthly billing and accounts receivable reports.
· Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with patients, payers, and other customers.
· Maintains the confidentiality of patient and organization information at all times.
· Performs other specific projects relating to billing, data entry, and computer operations as required.
Must Have:
· High school diploma / GED or higher
· Minimum of TWO YEAR experience in home health – (intake, billing, insurance verification, staffing, recruiting, scheduling etc.)
· Must be an expert in Kinnser
· Must be an expert in Oasis
· Must be an expert in Availity
· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Knowledge of state and federal home health guidelines and community resources for the elderly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
