Mission Execution
The Senior Mission Manager plays a vital role in the execution of customer missions. From prior to contract signature through development, integration, launch, operations, and recovery of our customer's flown assets, this individual ensures delivery on our promises. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Sales team to ensure new projects are appropriately scoped and aligned with strategic company vision, and developing and verifying technical interface control documents with the customer.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline.
2. 7 years of Program or Project Management experience.
3. Experience with US Government contracts and program execution.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
