Responsibilities
- Perform routine landscaping tasks on multi-family residential properties such as mowing, trimming, planting, watering and weeding.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the apartment complex grounds, including lawns, walkways, parking lots, and common areas
- Remove debris, trash, and litter from the grounds daily
- Ensure that all outdoor facilities, including playgrounds, pool areas, and recreation spaces, are clean and in good repair
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed, such as painting, pressure washing and basic repairs
- Utilize power and hand tools effectively for various maintenance projects
- Irrigate gardens and lawns to ensure proper hydration and health of plants
- Conduct groundskeeping activities including lawn care and landscape maintenance
- Assist in the installation and repair of landscaping features as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
- Conduct snow removal/ ice management during winter months
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining safety standards
- Proven experience in property maintenance or landscaping preferred
- Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools usage
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently in the absence of specific instruction and/or continuous supervision
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must have a valid driver's license and a working vehicle
- High school diploma or equivalent- must be 18 years or older
