SUMMARY
As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the face of our community, showcasing our unique services, amenities, and lifestyle to prospective residents. Your mission is to create a compelling and engaging experience during personalized tours, ultimately converting prospects into members of our community. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential, as you will be the first point of contact for future residents, representing the community and our management company. Your ability to effectively convey the vibrant life that awaits them here will be key to your success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to all leads within an average of 6 hours, ensuring prompt and consistent communication.
- Maintain ongoing contact with inquiries until they are converted or no longer active.
- Schedule and conduct engaging, informative property tours.
- Process applications efficiently, adhering to established criteria within a 24-hour timeframe.
- Seamlessly facilitate the move-in process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
- Achieve a minimum of 20 signed leases each month.
- Represent LivLavender and VareCo with positivity and uphold our high standards of service and excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
