Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Auto Parts Specialist to join our team. This role involves assisting customers and technicians in identifying, sourcing, and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories. The ideal candidate will have strong automotive knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage inventory efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and locating the correct auto parts.
• Look up, order, and stock parts from various suppliers and manufacturers.
• Provide expert recommendations on parts, accessories, and alternatives.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by managing stock levels, receiving shipments, and organizing parts storage.
• Process orders, invoices, and returns efficiently.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Stay up to date with automotive trends, part specifications, and industry changes.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures in handling parts and transactions.
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (automotive or technical training preferred).
• years of experience in auto parts sales, retail, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and brands.
• Experience using parts lookup software (e.g., AutoZone Pro, NAPA TRACS, Mitchell1, etc.).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy parts when needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license (if deliveries are part of the role).
