Responsibilities:
- Collection Activities:
- Engage in effective debt recovery efforts with a focus on resolving outstanding payments.
- Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to ensure successful collection outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
- Administrative Support:
- Utilize administrative experience to assist in organizing and documenting collection efforts.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Comply with relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in business-to-business collections.
- Strong negotiation, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous administrative experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and resilience.
- Proficiency in using collection software to manage accounts and track progress.
Compensation:
- Competitive annual salary of $60,000 - $65,000.
