Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong sales background and manufacturing operational expertise to manage our sales team, develop strategic initiatives, oversee and enhance production goals, and ensure exceptional customer-supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day sales operations
· Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed performance goals
· Develop and maintain long-term customer and supplier relationships to drive growth and satisfaction
· Create and execute sales plans aligned with company goals, including market analysis, target identification and sales forecasting.
· Ensuring business development and sales strategies are successfully implemented by the sales team
· Collaborate with sales, IT and marketing staff by providing customer insights and feedback on lead quality and effective marketing materials
· Foster a customer-centric culture across the organization
· Track performance
· Develop, train and mentor internal and external sales reps
· Occasional national travel for tradeshows and conferences

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse sales team.
· Strong experience in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
· Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
· Proficient in ERP and CRM software, basic computer functions as well as Microsoft Office.
· Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
· Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Strong communication, collaboration, leadership and mentorship skills
· Ability to match customer requirements with company manufacturing capabilities
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· 10 years of leading sales representatives, and combined leadership in sales and manufacturing
· Ability to read, comprehend and write English
· Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
