Job Responsibilities
The Sr/Controls Engineer will be responsible for driving innovation in manufacturing process technology:
- Improve machine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to reduce costs
- Introduce new manufacturing processes to enhance productivity
- Evaluate and ensure sufficient process capacity
- Develop alternative design solutions as needed
- Spearhead the development of process flow, equipment, tooling, and check fixture designs
- Travel up to 50% within the North American region
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- At least 3 years of experience as an engineer in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Application of closed-loop process control enablers
- Proficiency in project management principles
- Programming skills in PLC and robots
