The Role
We are seeking an Associate General Counsel to join our regulatory team. As an Associate General Counsel, you will be responsible for supporting the Company's regulatory strategy, preparing and prosecuting rate and other regulatory matters in three states: Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regulatory strategies to support the Company's goals.
- Prepare and file company documents, such as rate and tariff filings, with regulatory authorities.
- Support Company's federal electric rate proceedings and participate in resource planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of regulatory policies.
