Finance and Controls – Senior Management Opportunity

Responsibilities
The Senior Manager Finance & Controlling is responsible for supporting the operations by leveraging current models and developing and implementing new systems and strategies to maximize the impact on business operations. This senior leader will:
- Develop expertise in current processes, assess their business impact, and recommend necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain ongoing collaboration with team members to identify both current priorities and future organizational needs.
- Guide the assessment, design, and development of solutions that align with business goals, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in complex environments.
- Facilitate the alignment of requirements and improvement proposals with innovation and enterprise teams.
- Oversee the execution and documentation of process enhancements, manage project lifecycles for new solutions, and transition ownership to functional leaders and team members.
- Investigate complex process integration challenges across departments, distill them into actionable steps, and propose innovative or streamlined solutions.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required, MBA preferred
- 7 years of finance/controlling experience minimally required
- Proven success in a senior project management leadership capacity
- Finance or equivalent experience in the motor vehicle industry
- Superior Level language proficiency skills in English and Advanced Level language proficiency skills in Spanish (read/write/speak/listen).
