Responsibilities
The Senior Engineering Manager is responsible for supporting business and product strategy while managing the Emissions Systems product engineering team:
- Budget development, execution, and forecasting
- Develop and maintain customer technical contacts
- Identify and secure new system application opportunities
- Understand customer and market trends for energy storage system products
- Drive continuous improvement with a focus on VAVE, warranty reduction, and obsolescence planning
- Up to 25% travel as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline
- 15 years of experience in evaporative fuel systems, battery pack emissions, or alternative fuel system emissions required
- 8 years of technical leadership and management leading global teams
