Job Overview
We are seeking a Client Development Associate to join our Client Relations team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate in finance or economics eager to break into the finance industry. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, work closely with our research and quant teams, and help drive revenue growth by supporting the sales process.
No formal industry experience is required, but you must demonstrate a strong understanding of financial concepts and have a passion for the markets. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, learning from senior team members while managing client inquiries, onboarding new clients, and supporting sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Support the sales process from prospecting new clients to onboarding and closing deals.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and respond to inquiries.
- Develop a deep understanding of Variant Perception’s research and products to articulate their value to clients.
- Collaborate with internal research and quant teams to deliver insights to clients.
