Principal Duties & Responsibilities :
- Operate and continually optimize VW’s exception-based reporting system to support the company’s efforts to enhance profitability and reduce shrink.
- Develop a customer centric approach to understand business data and deliver actionable information to internal customers including LP, operations, and risk management among others.
- Employs critical thinking skills to analyze various data points and identify and mitigate emerging fraud trends.
- Analyze high-shrink stores' data to identify "red flags" and deliver in a concise manner to internal customers.
- Develop and maintain outstanding external business relationships (i.e. vendors and industry partners) to enhance current programs and enhance business solutions.
- Utilize specialized reporting tools to create and maintain statistical reporting and distribute to various levels of management.
- Execute ongoing monitoring of all fraud prevention and loss mitigation systems and processes, detecting and addressing any system or process deficiencies.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively disclose potentially sensitive information to a variety of audiences
- Follows all Company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned.
Education, Skills, and Knowledge Requirements
Strong candidates will have 3 to 5 years of experience in Loss Prevention, Finance, Information Systems or Accounting.
