Essential Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire Cycle Count and Audit Team Members
- Train and Coach all Cycle Count and Audit Team Members on company policies and procedures.
- Hold Team Members accountable for substandard performance or violation of company policy
- Supervise all DC Cycle Count and Audit Team Members
- Complete weekly schedule for all Cycle Count and Audit Team Members
- Transmit / report payroll information accurately and in a timely manner per policy
- Assist in completion and reporting of all cycle count and audit assignments
- Perform any other jobs or duties that may be required
