Job Description 

The role focuses on developing and implementing In-Circuit Tests (ICT) for PCBAs while also innovating new test methodologies to support the integration of emerging technologies. This position requires collaboration within the framework of the Quality Management (QM) System, ensuring Variosystems meets both general and company-specific quality standards and drives continuous growth and improvement.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Quoting of ICT test fixture and programming
• Advising Customers of test strategy and DFT for new products and PCB design
• Interact with other engineering groups for design, documentation and analysis of ICT test for PCBA’s, components, or modifications of test and fixturing.
• Documentation of Test Instructions
• Support test implementation (provide training of production test personnel)
• Manage, oversee and maintenance of test equipment (e.g. ECO/ECN implementation)

  2. Flying Probe (SPEA)
• Contributes to the development of improvements to overall testing and quality programs for improved results. 
• Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities 

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
• 4 years of test development experience for digital and analog circuity
• SPEA and Teradyne ICT test equipment experience (preferred)
• Ability to work with customers and in a team environment.
• Communicate efficiently in verbal and written formats
• Travel: Travel Domestic or International 0 –5 %
