What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior IT Auditor position at (various)?

This individual will be responsible for:
- Identifying and evaluating risks and internal controls to create audit procedures to meet objectives
- Developing a detailed understanding of business processes, policies, risks and controls in information systems and the IT Department and prepare narratives and walk-throughs to document these findings
- Assisting the rest of the Internal Audit Team with IT audit expertise on financial and operational audits
- Compiling and evaluating information though inquiry, tests, analyses, and observations to develop conclusions about risks and the operating effectiveness of internal controls
- Working with business process leaders to identify solutions to solve problems, improve work processes and strengthen controls
- Preparing working papers to document the information obtained, analyses made, and support for the conclusions and engagement results
- Ad hoc work as assigned
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 3 years of risk assurance experience from either public accounting or industry
- Experience in retail industry is a PLUS
- CIA or CISA certifications are a PLUS
- Experience with Power BI or Alteryx is a PLUS
