Description : Responsibilities :
Plans, facilitates, and engages with business users at different levels to understand business needs.
Analyzes and documents technical requirements.
Documents functional and technical requirements of assigned business domain, as well as other standard Client configurations .
Conducts data analysis using Salesforce reports & Tableau to support business decisions within the quoting and renewals.
Works effectively across business and technical / development teams, helping them understand the specifications / requirements for technical development, testing, and implementation.
Supports UAT through identification of test scenarios, develops test scripts, and completes end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing as needed.
Updates current state and produces future state process documentation & artifacts.
Drives the requirements gathering process that accurately reflects business needs which includes : risk analysis, as is and to be process documentation, agnostic of a specific technical solution.
Reviews technical solutions for compliance to business process and objectives.
Coordinates end to end UAT cycle.
Develops organizational change management framework; communication, training, and post implementation support.
Writes business level (feature group / functional success metrics) acceptance criteria.
Required Skills / Experience :
5 years of hands-on experience as a business system analyst, specifically in the areas of enterprise systems, Quote to Cash end to end, quoting or renewals and an understanding of Revenue Lifecycle Management.
Ability to connect business requirements to functional application capabilities quickly and assess the appropriate relevance of incorporating different product technologies to business problems; ability to learn new applications and technologies.
Experience with process flow mapping and building out future state process flows.
Experience working with both business and technical teams, coordinating solution design, development / configuration, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams.
Analytical approach and data-driven competencies are a must, with the ability to dig under the hood and leverage usage and adoption data points to drive value and change.
Proven ability to coordinate a diverse set of business users to develop cohesive and streamlined requirements, documentation, and user acceptance criteria.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills, as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent teammate able to work within a global operating model, including virtual and distributed cross-functional teams, with the flexibility to work across different time zones.
