Description :
HYBRID– Once a week (May increase per policy up to 1-4 days a week). Per the HM : Hybrid, as we are starting to come back into the office, we are doing 3 days a week.
A standard laptop will be provided. Any other equipment must be provided by the vendor or using their own.
Develop People Capabilities :
- Develop NICE Framework work roles that align with existing roles
- Develop and implement a roadmap to modify work roles to ensure capability coverage & reduce overlaps
- Identify and catalogue training programs aligned with work roles
- Create and champion training roadmaps for each job role level
Develop a People Capability Catalog Interface :
Integrate with Existing Human Capital Management :
