Job Title: Mechanical Engineer/Electrical Engineer/Engineering Project Lead
Contract Duration: 12 months
Sustaining Engineering Team
You will be responsible for design changes for medical device products such as hospital beds and equipment. The engineering design changes may be related to design improvements, new compliance requirements, or supply chain support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform design analysis and engineering releases for small to medium projects or participate in portions of larger complex projects.
- Implement design changes for electronic and electro-mechanical components, power supplies, electrical sub-assemblies, and product assemblies using our product release process.
- Generate feasibility assessment, product risk documentation, DFMEA, engineering requirements, and cost estimates.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work in a team environment with daily contact with other engineers, technicians, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, supply management, and marketing personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or electrical/mechanical engineering technology from accredited college/university or equivalent.
- 2 years of engineering experience.
