Key Responsibilities:
- Review chemical product specifications and certificates of analysis to determine compliance with quality standards.
- Build chemical batch certificates of analysis that meet all necessary regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of reviewed and built batch certificates of analysis.
- Manage the maintenance and accuracy of Quality records to ensure all documentation is strictly up-to-date and flawless.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement quality assurance processes and improvements.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting documents such as procedure manuals, specifications, certificates of analysis, safety rules, and guidelines.
- Diligent and highly organized with excellent time management skills, enabling you to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word, to efficiently handle documentation and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
- 2 to 4 years of applicable experience in a related field, demonstrating a successful track record in quality management.
- Greater than 1 year of experience in a Quality Specialist, Document Control, or Quality Control role, showcasing your ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Direct experience working with ISO 9001 standards, reflecting your familiarity with industry-leading quality management systems.
