Job Description :

Specific duties and responsibilities are described below :

1. Project PO Creation

  • PMO work order updating
  • Buy back process
  • JV PO engine purchase

2. PO Procurement / Maintenance

  • PO creation for facility Maintenance
  • Existing PO amendment
  • SSS PO creation

    • 3. Customer Reporting

  • Customer reporting on repair status

    • 4. PMO Support

  • Troubleshooting
  • Issues with timing
  • Disassembly
  • Level II repairs with Fieldcore
  • New work order creation / support

    • 5. Smart Sheets Maintenance

    a. Maintain various reports and trackers

    Facilities Internal Buyer

  • Expectation form the JPort facility to be on call 24 / 7
  • In charge of cutting POs for daily Management (Security / Maintenance)
  • Emergency orders
  • Receiving and ensuring POs are paid out on time.
  • PO amendment / revising.
  • Vendor / Supplier review to ensure best option is always used.
  • KPIs on vendors to report to Executives both in Aero and Client.
  • PO financial reporting on a weekly basis to help Finance Department better control spending and budget for future long term contracts with Suppliers.
  • Review current list of suppliers and maintain an active list throughout the year
  • Deliverables
  • Drive process improvements through measurement metrics
  • Meet or exceed expectations set forth in in SOW regarding weekly past due accounts, open warranty.
