Description : Responsibilities :

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage
ctively and creatively source, screen, and evaluate candidates
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
Ensure a positive, high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Represent the company at local and virtual job fairs as needed (Scottsdale, AZ area)

Required Skills and Experience :

2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in supporting inside sales

Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to find top talent

Demonstrated ability to recruit across a broad range of roles and levels

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to recruitment

Process-oriented with excellent organizational skills

bility to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse experience is a plus.

Requirements :

Location : onsite 3 days / week at Scottsdale office.
