The Opportunity
As Varjo continues to push the boundaries of immersive technology, we are seeking an experienced and empathetic Life Coach to support the well-being, personal development, and professional growth of our team members. In this role, you will help individuals and teams enhance their focus, productivity, and overall satisfaction by providing guidance, motivation, and strategies for personal and professional fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
•Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to help employees set and achieve personal and professional goals.
•Foster a culture of growth and well-being by guiding individuals through challenges and transitions, helping them realize their full potential.
•Collaborate with HR and team leaders to create programs that align personal development with company objectives and culture.
•Utilize mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and goal-setting strategies to empower employees to navigate stress, improve work-life balance, and increase performance.
•Track progress and provide continuous feedback, ensuring individuals are supported throughout their personal development journeys.
•Lead workshops and group sessions on topics such as stress management, emotional resilience, and career development.
Your Profile
•Proven experience as a Life Coach or in a similar role focused on personal and professional development.
•Strong understanding of coaching methodologies, including goal-setting, motivation techniques, and emotional intelligence.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and inspire change.
•A compassionate and results-oriented approach to helping individuals and teams reach their potential.
•Passionate about fostering personal growth and creating a supportive, collaborative environment.
•Knowledge of mindfulness practices and other personal development strategies is a plus.
•Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
