The Opportunity
As Varjo continues to innovate in immersive technology, we are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategies for our cutting-edge VR and XR products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to position our products effectively, build compelling narratives, and drive market adoption. Your efforts will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products' success and in elevating Varjo's brand across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Varjo's VR and XR products, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
•Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences across different industries.
•Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to gather market insights and define the key differentiators for Varjo's products.
•Create and manage product marketing assets, including sales enablement tools, presentations, brochures, case studies, and more.
•Collaborate with the broader marketing team to drive product launches, promotional campaigns, and content marketing efforts.
•Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
•Educate internal teams on product positioning and value, ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels.
Your Profile
•Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, ideally in the technology sector, with a track record of successfully bringing products to market.
•Strong understanding of product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for innovative tech products.
•Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical features into clear, compelling benefits.
•Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies and drive success.
•Familiarity with VR/XR technologies or a passion for immersive experiences is a strong plus.
•Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze market data, assess trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
•Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
