Title: IT Desktop Support Technician
Location: Hebron, KY 41048
Duration: 0-12 Months (Possible Extension or Conversion)
Schedule: Second Shift 2 pm -10:30 pm M-F
Pay Rate: $30.00/Hour
Duties:
Provide deskside support, including general computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
Request, enable, and set up accounts and access for new users.
Install standard images for new and re-imaged systems.
Configure client computers (hardware and software) before installation.
Maintain and troubleshoot local Zebra and HP printers and handheld scanners.
Support warehouse applications and hardware systems, including Pick to Light and Print and Apply System (training provided; willingness to learn required).
Receive, organize, and manage asset inventory.
Deliver and install IT assets.
Terminate, dispose of, and relocate assets as needed.
Provide IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) services for desktops, laptops, and other related devices.
Provide technical assistance during installation and conversion for in-house and remote users.
Manage the IT ticket queue to meet SLA requirements.
Coordinate with next-level support for unresolved issues.
Provide Tier 1 support for Network, LAN, and Telephony.
Willing to work different shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of deskside support experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers.
A Certification preferred.
Onsite support role (not remote).

Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
