Shift Hours: 8 am to 5 pm (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: $17.02/Hour on W2
Job Description:
Responsible for helping students at the counter with packages, learn print and production of print jobs.
Answering phones to ensure the customer needs are met.
Delivering of Mail or packages to faculty - on a day-to-day basis.
A person that has good customer service skills, computer skills, eager to learn and likes a positive fast-paced work environment would be successful in this role. Must be honest, hardworking, and use good grammar when speaking.
There is a lot of walking, standing and sitting. Depends on where we are busiest and what needs attention.
· Print Production - sending files to the production printers, setting up job specifics on the printers, selecting correct machine setting based on job request, selecting correct paper stock, quality check of jobs, collating, binding, sorting, etc.
· Mail - receiving of incoming USPS mail, receiving of incoming accountable mail (UPS, FedEx, etc.), sorting mail, staging mail, processing outgoing USPS mail, processing outgoing accountable mail, working the counter for student mail pick up.
Dress Code: Business casual. Jeans can be acceptable as long as they are “nice”. Tennis shoes as well if they are nice and clean etc.
Interview: 1st Virtual and 2nd In-person Interview.

Pay: $17.02 per hour
