Title: Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator
Location: Coralville, IA 52241

Hours: Weekend Schedule - Friday-Sunday 9:00pm-9:00am (36-Hours/Week)
Pay Rate: $18.43/Hour on W2
Job Summary: You’ll ship, receive, package, count and route material, complete associated paperwork and/or operate machinery such as forklift, pallet jack, etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Coordinate shipping and receiving and material handling transactions with appropriate individuals/departments.
· Responsible for assigned picking inventorying, and packaging. Route packaging materials to proper departments.
· Instruct and/or assist in preparing merchandise for shipment.
· Maintain necessary records and files of transactions, verifying accuracy of shipments against bills of lading, invoices or other records on Oracle or other systems.
· Sets up locations in ERP and resolve purchase order receiving discrepancies and receiving discrepancies with planner-buyer.
· Arranges stock to best advantage for efficiency and accessibility. Adheres to all safety rules and may use forklift and other material moving tools and moving machinery.
· Deliver product from receiving to the appropriate destination.
· Expedite internal material requirements, transferring inventory to multiple locations including MRB.
· Setup material presentations in the cells utilizing tools including Client's Material Processing and Visual Management.
· Performs inventories; physically perform and transact cycle counts of materials.
· Reconcile bad counts with assistance from Senior Material Handler.
