What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Varsity Cleaners?
```Duties```
- Approximate hours are from 11:00 AM until close (6:00 pm) Monday through Friday, some Saturdays, at the main location 216 W 11th Street, Waterloo.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person and via phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize effective communication skills to clearly and accurately address customer needs.
- Receive and invoice incoming customer orders, check-in items for processing. Retrieve and cash-out outgoing orders
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Some minor bookkeeping skills for the daily report.
