Your Role & Impact
Your mission is simple: lead our Customer Care Team to provide exceptional service by:
> Overseeing and coaching a team of dedicated Customer Service Representatives
> Managing customer communications via phone (primary), email, and other channels
> Converting inquiries into booked service appointments with warmth and professionalism
> Handling customer concerns with empathy and providing effective solutions
> Ensuring accurate and timely data entry to maintain customer records
> Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer journey
> Leading team training and professional development initiatives
What You Bring to the Team
Proven experience in customer service, leadership, or dispatching (experience in the trades is a plus!)
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
