WORK HOURS: 7 AM to 3:30 PM
Assist Customer Service Advisers and others in department by handling clerical needs and regular updates to sales partners and customers. Individual must be detail oriented, customer focused, and have problem solving skills

- Mandatory overtime to be expected during peak season.
- This position is anticipated to start on 3/3/2025 and end on 6/27/2025. This timeline could change upon business needs.
Assist Customer Service Advisers and others in department by handling clerical needs and regular updates to sales partners and customers. Individual must be detail oriented, customer focused, and have problem solving skills
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Process yearbook accessory orders and prep for production.
- Assist Yearbook Cover Desk team in cover specification entry and communication to Customer Service team.
- Support Customer Service team with various order entry needs
- Data entry into our Yearbook Business System
- Back-up other admins during absences
- Filing and efiling duties
- Assist in other departments (Shipping, Quality Control, Handwork, Billing etc.) as needed
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of the organization.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- High School Diploma required.
