As a member of the Warehouse team, the Warehouse Specialist is a critical role and covers multiple areas in the Warehouse. Team members will work in picking, packing, inventory control, receiving and shipping.
What You Will Do
Warehouse Specialists ensure products are accurately stocked, selected, packed, and shipped timely to customers.
General responsibilities include:
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-50 lbs. on a regular basis from floor to waist and up to 75lbs occasionally. Finger and hand dexterity and ability to read text on a screen. Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

- Mandatory overtime which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.
As a member of the Warehouse team, the Warehouse Specialist is a critical role and covers multiple areas in the Warehouse. Team members will work in picking, packing, inventory control, receiving and shipping.
What You Will Do
Warehouse Specialists ensure products are accurately stocked, selected, packed, and shipped timely to customers.
General responsibilities include:
- Receiving products, verifying items and quantities, and completing data entry to update inventory.
- Process returns in a timely manner and complete accurate put aways.
- Accurately pick items and pack orders to prevent damage in shipping, including oversize items.
- Complete kit assembly
- Create shipping labels and label all outgoing shipments
- Research and correct displaced, mislabeled, and missing products, perform replenishments, cycle counts, stock checks, and resolving inventory and order discrepancies.
- Operate a forklift to move, load, unload product and complete replenishment tasks.
- Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES
- High energy, great attitude, and aptitude for leadership
- Great attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Ability to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendance
- Ability to effectively communicate and comprehend in English
- Learn tasks quickly, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance.
- Ability to add, subtract multiply and divide numbers.
- Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.

- HS Diploma or GED (required)
- Previous warehouse experience is a bonus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous related experience.
- At least 2-3 years of continued work experience
