Qualifications:

- Manufacture, assemble, and test New Glenn (GS1) First Stage Booster according to written
- Setup new production work areas, including tooling and equipment.
- Assist with transition from development to production, including first articles.
- Perform second party verifications and hardware inspections to engineering models, drawings,
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct malfunctions by modification, rework, repair, and/or
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurrence control.
- Operate various material handling equipment including forklifts, overhead cranes, aerial lifts, flight
support equipment as required.
- Setup and operate a wide range of precision calibrated tools including, but not limited to, torque
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for area safety and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance functions such as daily clean-up of work areas to support 5S, FOD,
- Ability to work off-shift, extended overtime, and weekends if/when vital.
- Other duties as assigned or otherwise beneficial to fulfilling the mission and vision.

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, or another relevant field
- Experience in at least one of the following is required: fluids and tubing install, instrumentation
- Interpret engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions and test
- Work collaboratively with teams of diverse skills, fields, and backgrounds
- Communicate clearly and appropriately, in writing and in person.
- Basic digital literacy such as Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Climb ladders/stairs and work in small, restricted areas.
- Work at Heights on work stands and in lifts.
- Perform repetitive work, including lifting of items up to 35lbs.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully
Desired:
- Industry certification, trade school training and/or degree in related field
- Proven success as a “hands-on” technical leader
- Work optimally with a strong work ethic and close attention to detail in a fast-paced dynamic team
- Continuous improvement attitude. Our job is never complete; we are always refining and

- Experience in handling large aerospace components
- Experience in assembling large tight tolerance structures.
- Experience in new product introduction
- Experience in a team-based Lean Manufacturing environment
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs.
