What You Will Do:
- Plans, directs, coordinates technical support efforts to maintain smooth, effective day-to-day production activities
- Helps to analyze and plan workforce utilization, space application, and workflow; designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency
- Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to ensure manufacturability
- Develop concepts for new automation, machine tooling, fixtures, and processes
- Works with design engineering staff concerning the ability to effectively produce the designed product and tooling to ensure efficient production methods and product quality
- Develop and fosters a team environment
- Train others and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to implement changes
- Advanced Manufacturing Techniques: Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge automation tools, machine tooling, and production processes that will enhance your skills in streamlining production and optimizing efficiency across commercial and military applications
