Are you looking to use your change management skills in an industry that supports and protects explorers and heroes? We could use your expertise on our team! As a Change Management Partner I, you will be responsible for supporting change initiatives within a business area. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop change management plans and communication strategies and ensure that changes are implemented efficiently and effectively. You will identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, monitor and track progress of change initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders, and conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and identify areas for improvement.
