Responsibilities
Maximize customer satisfaction and boost sales by offering additional products or services that complement their purchase.- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Engage customers through proactive outbound calls to provide personalized follow-up, address any concerns, and introduce them to new products or services that may benefit them.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach with exceptional empathy and problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve customer concerns.
- Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and propose effective solutions.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Salary : $6,500 - $45,000
