Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven, collaborative, and experienced Sales leader to join our team in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional value for our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of our products, a consultative sales approach, strong collaboration with engineering and marketing functions, and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities: Generate and nurture leads and convert them into sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain client relationships: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with new and existing clients.
- Project consultation and management: Meet with clients, both current and prospective, to deeply understand their project’s needs and partner with them on solutions.
- Achieve sales targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively negotiating and closing sales opportunities.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with colleagues in engineering, marketing, and various other departments to close deals and deliver value to customers.
- Maintain CRM Records: maintain detailed records of sales activities in our CRM system and leverage CRM data to optimize client relationships and sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Exceptional track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or technology sectors
- Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics, negotiation strategies, and customer experience management
- Excellent communication skills,both written and verbal, with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Superb interpersonal skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution
- Bachelor’s degree (business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred)
- Proficiency using computers for various tasks, including CRM software and Microsoft Office

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
