Key Responsibilities:
- Operate carbon fiber process equipment for recycling and product formation
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records through manual and electronic documentation
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and update standard procedures
- Track production improvements through change management database
- Perform quality control testing and create product datasheets
- Support equipment maintenance planning and execution
- Assist with process expansion projects
- Manage product logistics including storage, labeling, and shipping
- Actively contribute to our Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems

Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Carbon fiber/composites experience preferred
- Training in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies preferred

Essential Skills:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
- Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving abilities in team environments
- Strong time management skills and deadline-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Passion for recycling, advanced materials, and cleantech

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods in factory settings
- Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
- Manual dexterity for equipment handling
- Comfortable alternating between factory floor and desk work

- Comfortable wearing required PPE such as a Tvek suit and an air respirator throughout the entire shift
