Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Technician to join our dynamic IT team. This role will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, managing and troubleshooting a variety of IT systems and platforms, and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization’s technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Windows client environments, Office 365 administration, and Intune basic administration, among other key IT skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for employees using Microsoft Windows client systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring optimal performance.
- Administer and manage Office 365, including user account management, email setup, and troubleshooting.
- Perform basic administration tasks using Microsoft Intune to manage mobile devices and applications.
- Utilize Manage Engine to monitor and maintain IT systems, deploy patches, and address security concerns.
- Manage and configure Active Directory to ensure proper user authentication, group policies, and security settings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve DNS-related issues, ensuring network reliability and connectivity.
- Support the use of Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) in development and production environments, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and system tools to support business operations.
- Provide end-user training and guidance on system and software use.
- Document support tickets, resolutions, and frequently asked questions to build an internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues and implement improvements.
- Assist in system updates and improvements to enhance overall IT infrastructure.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in IT support or related field with a strong focus on Microsoft Windows client environments.
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration and user management.
- Basic knowledge of Intune for mobile device management and app deployment.
- Familiarity with Manage Engine for systems monitoring and administration.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory management, including user/group creation, permissions, and policies.
- Experience with DNS management and troubleshooting within a networked environment.
- Working knowledge of Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) and the ability to troubleshoot related issues.
- Ability to handle multiple support tickets simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with end-users.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and basic networking concepts.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
