The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing assurance engagements, including compilations, reviews, and audits. They will analyze and assess financial statements and internal controls, identifying areas of risk and recommending improvements.
**Key Qualifications:
- At least three years of prior experience in public accounting, with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information effectively;
- Knowledge of software programs such as QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word), Caseware, and Datasnipper;
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment, analyze problems logically, and distinguish between relevant and irrelevant information;
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the capability to present information effectively and respond to client needs.
