Our client in Boyertown, PA is seeking a direct hire (full-time) Systems Analyst for their packaging and containers manufacturing company. This person will optimize and expand the use of IQMS ERP (DELMIAworks) and related applications to improve business operations and meet evolving requirements. This role requires expertise in ERP systems, particularly IQMS and / or Oracle, and a solid understanding of core business functions such as manufacturing, planning, purchasing, finance, and reporting. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Configure and support ERP systems to meet business needs.
  • Design and develop Crystal Reports and analyze data for actionable insights.
  • Implement and maintain IQMS solutions, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ERP projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Lead ERP module development for manufacturing, operations, quality, finance, and supply chain.
  • Provide training, create documentation, and ensure quality compliance for ERP configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating as needed.
  • Manage enhancement requests, prioritize upgrades, and evaluate related systems or tools.
  • Travel up to 25% for implementation and support at various locations.

Qualifications :

  • Requirements :

    • Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3 years of experience with IQMS and Crystal Reports.
  • Strong understanding of systems setups and configurations.
  • Proficient in designing and developing Crystal Reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Solid experience delivering and implementing ERP solutions across multi-site manufacturing organizations.
  • Extensive experience implementing and supporting IQMS.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations.
  • Strong skills with SQL and Crystal Reports required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas concisely to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Self-motivated, organized, accurate, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency.

    • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in plastics manufacturing.
  • Experience with other reporting tools and ERP systems.
  • Experience in multi-ERP environments.
  • Experience with IT integration of acquired companies.
  • Experience implementing quality management systems.
