Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring efficiency.
- Review construction plans for feasibility, compliance, and constructability.
- Collaborate with contractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance.
- Utilize Procore (or similar) to streamline workflows, including:
- Daily logs
- Task management
- Trade, client, and design team meeting minutes
- Scheduling and weekly lookaheads
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, and worksite compliance.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and requirements.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of construction drawings, and specification documents.
- 5 years of experience in construction projects with a focus on architectural design.
- Proficiency in project management platforms such as Procore (or similar).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to navigate project complexities..
- Commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail in project execution.
