Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the engineering manager and product manager as part of a leadership team to guide the direction of a value team and deliver customer-focused solutions
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are thoroughly tested and accurately implemented
- Create mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs
- Illustrate design concepts using storyboards and process flows
- Conduct regular user research by engaging with customers throughout the product development lifecycle
- Continuously strive to deliver world-class experiences that address real customer needs
- Regularly present your work to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment
- 3 years of professional experience in UX design or a related field
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Ability to conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Experience in analyzing research data and translating insights into design solutions
- Competence in creating user personas, journey maps, and other UX documentation
- Excellent communication skills to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Openness to feedback and willingness to continuously learn and improve
