Job Description
The Community Based Contract Compliance Auditor will be part of a regional team responsible for conducting on-site monitoring and reviews of community-based contracted provider businesses. This role involves reviewing the services and billing processes within designated regions to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards. The auditor will assess providers' practices from point of service to billing, educate staff, and recommend corrective action plans when necessary. They will also work to identify any potential financial discrepancies and damages to the state.
Required/Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Finance-Related Field, or 4 years' experience in an audit or investigations field
Required: 4 years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with State Agencies, Community Programs, and colleagues

- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet assigned deadlines
